- Support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of Market Operations coverage in Korea.
- Responsibilities to perform overall operating process for all cross product including FX, Derivatives and Fixed Income.
- Timely escalation when necessary for issues that may cause any impacts to the bank or that could affect client relationships
- Ensure the completeness of all transactions under the proper controls
- Co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed
- Managing the queries from internal and external clients
- Provide best class customer service to internal and external customers.
Information
- Strong understanding of the market products
- Ability to work with multiple functions and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Query Tools
- Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English
- Drive and work in a good team spirit
- Client Service oriented attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with various departments and overseas offices
