Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver against agreed marketing plans, support the HSBC growth strategy and CMB and GBM objectives and drive sustainable revenue by focusing on the value proposition while investing in strategic operational and digital projects that will enable long-term growth
  • Lead and manage the full delivery of Marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multi channels
  • Achievement of relevant business and function scorecard targets
  • Help identify and engage the right prospects.  Extend, deepen and grow opportunities with existing customers
  • Ensure customer and revenue-focussed marketing plans/budgets are in place and in alignment with regional and global marketing objectives
  • Demonstrate the Business story by showcasing meaningful examples that bring our proposition and brand to life
  • Drive outstanding customer interactions across all touch points. Showcase real and meaningful ways to differentiate ourselves. Provide timely and digestible content to support RMs with client conversations
  • Continue to support the business to unlock customer insight to improve customer experience with the bank and keep customers at the heart of what we do
  • Drive actionable insights by understanding customers, the business and the wider market. Bring the customer to the table
  • Adopt an integrated and digital led approach to marketing including social media / content strategy. Focus on key digital developments and areas of innovation to drive a consistent customer experience across our geographies and segments
  • Form close relationships with media and creative agencies to ensure appropriate and effective responses
  • Work with a range of key stakeholders across the business and organization to share outputs and best practice, securing alignment and buy-in of campaign objectives
Requirements

·         3+ years of experience in marketing operations or planning roles within a financial service or B2B environment.

·         Familiarity with marketing planning and performance reporting.

·         Understanding of the institutional banking landscape and related product lines.

·         Strong analytical skills with knowledge of marketing KPIs and business metrics.

·         Experience in complex organizations and collaboration across business and marketing leadership.

·         Effective communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Ability to work cross-functionally

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Additional Information

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • India Bank / INM employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion
  • Entity Employees (not from India Bank) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted
  • INM Employees in scope of WPB Career Progression Framework not eligible to apply to roles within the purview of the Framework
