We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Assistant Manager Collections, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervised day-to-day operations related to Collections & Recoveries Support.
  • Managed various administrative requests and backroom tasks within the department, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.
  • Managed maintenance of both Secured & Unsecured loan for performing and non-performing loan facilities.
  • Ensuring all maintenance for new write off, write down, downgrading, upgrading and other miscellaneous maintenance instructed by operation team are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Managed centralised Department Suspense Account & Debiting, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. Ensure payments are being reversed timely and accurately.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess at least diploma/degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Primary responsibility is to provide effective/efficient support/admin role to the department.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment.
  • A sound knowledge of collection, including products & services.
  • Leadership, management and coaching skills.
