The Opportunity:

• Collaborate with diffrent parties in both HSBC and HASE, including Application Teams, Architects, infrastructure teams, and control teams for supporting HASE IT but not limit to.
• Ensure HASE IT but not limit to to align and comply with appropriate standard, process, policies & procedures.
• Play a key role in delivering latest technology trends and sharing its underlying values with HASE IT but not limit to.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across HASE IT teams as well as HSBC global teams.

What you’ll do:

      DevSecOps & IT Governance Leadership:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and risk management frameworks.

• Develop and enforce best practices for operational excellence, system reliability, and quality

   

  Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Coach team members on Agile principles and DevOps best practices to maximize performance and delivery quality.

   

  Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HASE IT regarding DevOps and IT governance initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and Global teams.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, increase automation, and enhance service quality.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technology delivery, project management, or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps disciplines and best practices.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects in a regulated environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience acting as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams in Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
