The Opportunity: 

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. What you’ll do:

DevOps & IT Governance Leadership:
•    Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
•    Oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and risk management frameworks.
•    Develop and enforce best practices for operational excellence, system reliability, and incident management.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities:
•    Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
•    Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•    Coach team members on Agile principles and DevOps best practices to maximize performance and delivery quality.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, IT, and external partners regarding DevOps and IT governance initiatives.
•    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
•    Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, increase automation, and enhance service quality.

Private Banking Technology Oversight:
•    Ensure technology solutions align with private banking business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions tailored to the private banking domain.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

•    University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•    Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technology delivery, project management, or technology consulting, with at least 2 years overseeing Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code solutions.
•    Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.
•    Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects in a regulated environment.
•    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
•    Demonstrated experience acting as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams in Agile practices.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•    Domain knowledge in Private Banking and CRM systems is required.
•    Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
