The Opportunity:     

Lead multiple teams and oversee the delivery of 1-2 key products. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure the successful execution of our software initiatives.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and mentor several software engineering teams, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of 1-2 major products, ensuring quality and timely releases.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and other stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Drive best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
• Manage resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant standards.

• Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams.
• Strong background in software development and product delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and a passion for driving results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
