Responsibilities of the role holder

   Supporting client service onboarding team work on Client engagement.

   Supporting client service onboarding team work on KYC service. 

   Supporting client service onboarding team work on system execution regarding to client onboarding service.

   Regular account checkups.

   Account services, including information entry and modification.

   Take the lead on the BAU, understand business logic and arrange the resource with priority.

   Coordinate effective communication with stakeholders of the operational effectiveness of BAU.

Requirements

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

   University graduate or above, preferable in Finance, Business & Accounting related fields.

   Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Chinese and English.

   Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.

   Preferable with knowledge of Excel Macro, VBA, Python.

   Preferable with experience in KYC or Account Management.

   Excellent team worker.

   High integrity and professionalism.

   Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
