Department - Core Banking

In this role, you will:

• Independently analyse Business requirements and translate them into system test case scenarios
• Ability to do T-shirt sizing and estimations & work with Tech Stakeholders across multiple systems
• Work on multiple projects (3-4 projects/features for small to medium size)
• Strong analytical skills, self-starter, take ownership and flexible
• Develop test plans, test specifications, test scripts and execute manual/automation test scripts
• Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Tests, Regression Testing
• Defect management and tracking, developing corrective actions to help resolve bugs
• Track and publish the status or development, maintenance and execution of automation test suits
• Work as a key member of the Delivery Team to understand requirements and technical solutions under test
• Work as a Scrum Master
• Participate in Sprint planning sessions & be able to provide sequencing for user story development to enable Test progress within the sprint

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 12+ years of strong experience on manual testing, automation testing with selenium or any of the automation testing tools including inhouse built automaton testing.
• Work as a Test Lead with strong experience on manual testing automation testing with any automation testing tools but would prefer xFramework
• Worked on Core Banking applications & experienced with continuous integration tools (GitHub, Jenkins)
• Expertise in HCI domain and additional knowledge of Payments domain would be good to have
• Experience working with Upstream and downstream application teams for large programs and managing frontend and backend testing
• Derive Testing approach to be matched with industrial standards. Will require excellent techno-functional skills to ensure the global team are engaged, motivated and driven. Act as a subject matter expert for junior members of the team
• API Automation testing using xFramework automation tool. Candidate is responsible for reviewing and updating the existing automation test scripts
• Strong experience working in agile with hands on experience on JIRA tool. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and Strong stakeholder management skill
• Must be a certified PSM/CSM & worked hands on as a Scrum Master for at least a year or more
• Work across all POD activities and support across cross POD teams/ Quality Engineering teams in ensuring any testing related dependencies / touch points are in place
• Provide recommendations to the Product Owner and/or other project stakeholders on the product readiness to go live
