We are seeking a commercial and high calibre professional to join our Global Private Bank Sales Effectiveness team as senior product owner for our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Microsoft Dynamics. This is a visible and critical role supporting the a key enabler for the Private Banking business.

In this role you will:

• Drive the feature development and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the UK and Western Private Banking markets, leading training, product development (including user feedback iterations) and materialization of the business outcomes defined in the QBRs
• Deliver a prioritised backlog; delivering the best outcomes for customers and colleagues. Turns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viable
• Act as the single point of accountability for the delivery outcomes of the projects so will have a good understanding across, technology, agile, design and business
• Design and implement process to track increased productivity and revenue performance post implementation to ensure business case outcomes achieved
• Implement governance to ensure robust tracking in place to manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive product ownership experience, and that of business change delivery - essential
• Excellent working knowledge of CRM principles, sales, prospects & leads management - essential
• Significant working knowledge of Salesforce or MS Dynamics in particular - desirable
• Private Banking or Wealth experience - desirable
• An ability to take a 'bigger picture' and more strategic outlook as well as being able to implement robust processes/frameworks, and manage senior level stakeholder groups.
