They work to review products will be performed by dedicated pods, drawing on wider testing and review capabilities that have already been established as part of the IRR programme.
  • You will be part of the Global Finance Non-Financial Risk (NFR) team, alongside underpinning capabilities such as Calculation Compliance and Targeted Transaction Testing, and will also drive enhancements to capabilities, tooling and process across these areas.
  • You will be responsible for building a high performing team with open communication and alignment to the Performance Based Regulation (PBR) Assessment Framework.
  • You will continually assess inherent delivery risks, taking account regulatory changes, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the IRR programme changes.
  • You will demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
