Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, across currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated country and regional and global support.  Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Change Delivery Manager. The base location for this role can be London, Birmingham or Leicester operating a Hybrid working model.

In this role, you will:

•    Support the management of the change runway for GPS, ensure all relevant training, procedures and communication are completed before going live. 
•    Understand feedback from both customers and colleagues and owning changes to support continuous improvement 
•    Collaborate with the wider CMB team to understand priorities and technological enhancements, understand the impact on the GPS business area. 
•    Engaging with both the GPS Change and Innovation team to deliver all change outcomes and limit the overall impact of changes on service. 
•    Co-ordinate and manage projects; typically working on smaller projects/assignments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Experience in driving change 
•    An understanding of UK CMB and the processes 
•    A desire for providing excellent customer experience 
•    Collaborative approach with both team, colleagues, stakeholders and other business segments 
•    Strong organisational, analytical, communication and teamwork skills
