We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Complex Loan Structurer.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Work together with relationship managers to offer tailored credit solutions for the complex and large credit needs of ultra-high net worth (UHNW)
  • Structure complex loans in concentrated share financing, real estate, trophy assets and illiquid financing
  • Write credit proposals and work together with credit risk to obtain credit approvals for transactions
  • Work together with Legal team on loan negotiation and documentation
  • Manage multiple transactions, stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Monitor transactions post-closing
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • To have proven sales skills, understands what drives new business, and how to interact with clients and prospective clients to develop high quality lending opportunities and relationships
  • The following skills at the highest levels of excellence: credit analytics, interpersonal and communication skills, portfolio management and risk management
  • Completion of formal credit training strongly preferred
  • High quality collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
  • Track record of structuring highly complex solutions for private banking clients

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
