HASE has established its data strategy to enable the HASE to become a data driven bank. Along with this strategy we are running a data management program integrating data office and IT workforces to build a strategic data platform (named Omnibase) for the bank. The data platform will mostly run on cloud and provide a bank level data lake and various data analytic tools that is expected to enable the bank users to discover and use data in a self-service mode, as well as performing data analytic and machine learning with minimum IT support requirement. We are currently running 4 workstreams in this program, including data migration, data management, data analytic adoption, and data platform foundation.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with expertise in generative AI-related products. You will work closely with business to design and implement AI-driven innovative application scenarios.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the research, development, and optimization of generative AI-related products.
• Design and implement AI-driven innovative application scenarios based on business requirements.
• Develop Python-based web services and implement AI model API interfaces using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Keep up with cutting-edge AI technologies and drive the technical advancement of the team.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Solid Python programming skills.
• Practical experience in developing web projects with Python; familiar with Flask or FastAPI frameworks.
• Familiar with common generative AI model APIs (such as GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.).
• Strong engineering skills and awareness of coding standards; able to independently complete module development.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documentation.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Experience in AIGC, intelligent dialogue, code generation, MCP development, or agent development.
• Participation in open-source AI projects or relevant published papers.
• Experience in large model training, fine-tuning, or inference deployment is a plus.
• In-depth research or hands-on project experience with LangChain is a plus.
