The Cybersecurity Resiliency Engineer will be a member of the Global Cybersecurity Technology and Engineering team. This team is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all technologies the function relies on. This ensures that the highest standards of availability and security are maintained across all Cybersecurity tooling and that the function will maintain capability.
The Opportunity:
Creating and maintaining best in class monitoring and alerting environments for all the Cybersecurity tools by leveraging data collected within Splunk Core and Splunk ITSI and AppDynamics
What you’ll do:
- Creating and maintaining best in class monitoring and alerting environments for all the Cybersecurity tools by leveraging data collected within Splunk Core and Splunk ITSI and AppDynamics
- Developing best in class glass tables and visualization to showcase Cybersecurity tools health and performance.
- Releasing and maintaining of agreed alerting, dashboards and use cases into production environments by leveraging Github as version control system.
Data onboarding with excellent knowledge in field extraction, props & transforms, event breaking, normalizing data on Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Able to align with existing ITIL process i.e.: Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Excellent in Splunk Enterprise
- Excellent in GitHub
- Strong in Python
- Strong in Scripting
- Experience in Splunk ITSI
- Active hands-on experience in AppDynamics
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Linux
- Windows
- PowerShell
- Jenkins
