We are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join the team in the role of: Digital Assets Product Manager

Digital Assets Product Manager is responsible for the design, build and running of HSBC Digital propositions focusing on Digital Assets for Securities Services. Responsible for digital asset and innovation initiatives utilising emerging technologies e.g. crypto, blockchain, artificial intelligence and DLT in an SSv context
The role owns the breadth of core product development including driving innovation for customers, progressive design, operating model and delivery to the market.

In this role you will:

•    Act as the product lead for multiple cross functional delivery teams operating across multiple locations whilst representng HSBC Securities Sevices in Industry forums, panels and collaborations 
•    Accountable for ensuring all digital asset product management disciplines are adhered to during the design, build and implementation of products and features.
•    Run initiatives including feasibility studies , PoCs, Research, market positioning focused on digitisation resulting in new revenue streams being established, responsible for cost benefits realisation of the new products or product enhancements. 
•    Maintain and lead communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities. Showcases products to the market, clients industry as well as to internal stakeholders 
•    Apply data, metrics and test results to refine capabilities and functionality, use digital marketing and customer interactions to improve return on investment in addition to preparing leadership briefings, research papers and competeives analysis as required for Exececutive Leadership across SSV, MSS and CIB ensuring timely and relevant information is communicated.
 

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Strong knowledge of Securities Services business/products is highly preferable, someone who is commercially minded and customer-focused, with a proven track record in delivering Digital Assets in a Securities Services context is paramount
•    Proven experience in managing and coordinating globally dispersed teams with knowledge of fund/bond tokenisation and an understanding of the transaction lifecycle is preferable
•    Ability to integrate new products to an existing environment including operating model definition, with strong awareness of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive landscapes
•    Significant experience managing within a complex matrix environment with a high level of drive and motivation to ensure the delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously
•    Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence peers across the organisation in addition to excellent leadership qualities, exhibiting robust judgment, decision-making capabilities, and resilience to change.
