We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Division Head, Portfolio Management.

Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

  • Accountable for the growth of Business Banking Portfolio Managed segment of the specific Business Banking District through driving sustainable revenue while ensuring delivery of best in class customer service and ensuring full compliance with Global Standard requirement
  • Lead the Business Centre front line team. Develop and implement the District New To Bank acquisition strategy and a sustainable Referral Partners Strategy
  • Lead Business Centre to implement sales plan. Champion service and operational initiatives of the Portfolio Management segment
  • Work closely with functions and product partners to drive income and improve customer experience
  • Maintain execution standard to ensure operational and service excellence of the District Portfolio Management business. Ensure continuous flow of valued customer for right segmenting to the Relationship Managed segment
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive years of banking experience with sound knowledge of Commercial Banking products, services and procedures preferably with exposure in customer facing positions
  • Strong knowledge in Customer due diligence, operational or fraud risk prevention and Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing in Financial Institutions 
  • Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues with proposed improvements
  • Relevant investment and insurance license is required
