We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

EWS loan specialist is responsible for conducting number of activities to deliver outcomes in line with the IWPB strategy through a need based selling approach (EDRAS) and a focus on borrowing. The loan specialist will work closely with the EBAM (Employee Banking Account Manager) and the EWS advisor to drive improved penetration for loans within our c.800 EWS companies only.  

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Meeting performance expectations across Borrowings, Experience and Quality KPIs
•    Work closely with the EBAMs | EWS advisor and the companies in meeting customers’ requirements in terms of borrowings. 
•    Identify client needs for Wealth, International Banking Corridors, Private Banking/, and refer them to respective lines of business 
•    Meet Group standards of Compliance and internal controls with zero tolerance of misconduct
•    Build high standards of customer service, efficiency and expected level of productivity

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge / Experience
•    Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
•    Complete understanding of the IWPB products, propositions and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
•    Experience in dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customer in proposing product and services 
•    Adept of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals
•    Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers
•    Excellent performance year by year 
•    Ability to manage high network clients 
•    Strong communications and interpersonal skills
•    Strong negotiation skills
•    Good team player
•    Excellent problem-solving skills
•    Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them
•    Customer service orientation
•    Risk awareness
