In this role, you will:
- Work with our Agile Teams, Architects, and Product Owners, Product Managers to identify and implement the most optimal solution for the platform and our customers.
- Implementing technical expertise and look for opportunities to reduce operational costs, eradicating unnecessary processes and exploring opportunities for service efficiency and rationalising the service where possible.
- Developing & Supporting Vendor/Cloud based product & applications within EMDP platform (Juriba Dashworks & Neuron). Driving end to end development from requirement analysis to operations.
- Engagement with vendor/resources and build knowledge to reduce vendor support.
- Create technical plans to manage implementation and guide teams - Provide coaching and guidance to new starters and colleagues within the team to build self-sustainable team.
- Implementation & maintenance of performance & observability metrices.
- Acting as an SME & Feature Engineer to deliver solutions & projects by integration between Neuron, Juriba Dashworks, MECM, Intune, Proton & other Workspace products .
- Responsible for the overall adherence and compliance to key controls ensuring the services are effectively risk managed.
- Design & Implement process and solutions for monitoring, telemetry and observability
- Maintain strong communications across the technical community
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong domain Knowledge on EUS Workspace domain.
- Extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in design of end user computing domain for large scale enterprise.
- Knowledge of Management of End user devices by systems such as MECM, Asset Management systems, Software Application catalogue / App Store life cycle management.
- Strong knowledge on PowerShell, MS SQL Development, APIs, DevOps – Should be able to write complex code adhering to standards & controls.
- Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and code management in a large organisation will be an advantage.
- Ability to Automate with knowledge of scripting and development e.g. PowerShell & Graph API.
- Expertise in Cloud technologies Intune, Azure and AWS.
- Experience in infrastructure technologies both for on-prem infrastructure & in Cloud service providers- Windows OS, SQL Database, Storage, and Network Technologies
- Experience in automation and orchestration design
- Experience of developing and driving Automation using Jenkins, Ansible, Azure DevOps and API calls
- Flexibility and adaptability – to manage changing priorities and tasks that are unpredictable, wide ranging, complex, and time sensitive.
