Department: GPBW and AMG IT

In this role, you will:

  • Be a ‘trusted advisor’ to senior leadership and stakeholders by identifying opportunities, constructively challenging conventional thinking, and ensuring outcomes that enable project execution.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Manage special topics and strategy papers by preparing compelling and visually engaging aids that bolster business strategies and priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes, technologies and organizational changes.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed about value stream strategies, delivery progress and change initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross functional and cross divisional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated value stream delivery.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of technology in value stream delivery.
  • Oversee budget planning and management ensuring capabilities are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational and time management skills exhibiting flexibility, adaptability and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions and implementing best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 18 + years professional experience is required in the role.
  • Demonstrated Ability to independently lead and deliver Technology capabilities while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate multiple geographies and functions.
  • Proven experience in crafting compelling narratives that summarize and visualize cross-platform and cross-divisional strategies, technical challenges, and complex issues.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with private banking technology as well as digital transformation and innovation in banking technology.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools (example: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI) and agile project management tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • In-depth understanding of private banking and wealth services including investment advisory, wealth planning, insurance and credit and familiarity with a wide range of financial products offered by private & wealth institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or IT preferred
