GCB 05
- Establish and strengthen relationship with existing Prestige (“PSE”) and Prestige Private (“PP”) customers to build and enlarge the customer portfolio by providing retail banking services, quality after-sales services and encouraging MGM from existing customers.
- Achieve various business expectations assigned by management by exploring new affluent customer segment and providing a series range of retail banking services including general banking services, wealth management solutions and protections.
- Grow customer portfolio AUM by offering excellent services to customers to increase the share of wallet of the existing customer relationship.
- Provide excellent sales and services to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring PSE and PP customers’ orders / requirements are executed / met in a professional manner and ensure the whole sales process is compliant.
- Facilitate common customer’s service needs within HACN’s cross-border service scope and local regulatory requirements.
- Satisfy customer’s financial needs e.g. by conducting financial planning discussions and reviews with customers, communicating with relevant department to offer the customers customized products.
- Co-work with ZM, SBMs, IS, IC, and counter teams to satisfy customers’ financial needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by HACN CVM, Branch Network, INA, CMP, Risk, etc during sales process and daily operations.
- Ensure to conduct products sales and service processes by adhering to internal/external requirements and guidelines
- Ensure all compliance, control measures and conduct operational risk management for business development force are undertaken
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
- 5 -10 years' related experience
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Strong learning and organizational ability
