This newly created role will support WPB Change Tooling data management in JIRA & Clarity ensuring our global requirements to Group HSBC for transparency to our change data is maintained effectively. The nature of this role will require the individual to ensure that our Clarity data is maintained globally alongside our JIRA data, which may include regular data entry activities.

What you’ll do
Ensuring that all required change data is present in Clarity (Group HSBC mandated tool of record), including all Reporting Milestones, Capabilities, Features with regulatory impacts, L1 and L2 risks and dependencies.
Collaborating with our colleagues from technology and change tooling SMEs to ensure that requests from our 20+ value streams and central stewardship teams are processed effectively with clear requirements that align to our change tooling strategy.
Building a robust and effective BAU process to manage data migration from JIRA into Clarity on an ongoing basis
Being a subject matter expert on all aspects of change tooling across WPB, including the WPB change data model, the group change data model, the different tools that integrate into our core tooling spine, including Rally, Pioneer, GPDM, and in particular being an expert user of JIRA and Clarity to understand if WPB is effectively using the tools.
Being a trusted expert in the tools that is available to support our colleagues across our 20 value streams and central stewardship teams to ensure that Clarity and JIRA are being utilised effectively across WPB to help teams work faster, more efficiently and effectively with reduced orchestration overheads.
This role will work closely with the other members of the WPB Transformation team and Technology Portfolio Management team.
Be the primary point of contact/relationship manager for Change Tooling across our value streams at global and market-level.  This will include building and maintaining relationships with Multi-Market, Regional & Country Heads of Value Streams, Heads of Transformation. Business Architecture, Design, Customer, Product, Insight, Strategy & Marketing communities at Group & Regional levels.
Responsible for defining stakeholder management mapping for key programmes of work.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Experience using at least one of JIRA & Clarity on a regular basis
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and efficiently
Written and spoken communication skills, an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated and presented in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
Experience and strong knowledge of project and change management.
Tangible evidence of intellectual flexibility: highly analytical thinker, as well as a creative problem solver; ability to think strategically as well as operationally;
Be comfortable with fluidity, ambiguity and change
Experience of utilization & management of data analysis & visualization tools such as Qliksense or similar
Previous HSBC value stream knowledge and understanding of our current ways of operating.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 14 309 PLN – 20 000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
