Your career opportunity
The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. We do this by providing operational risk and control expertise, specialist technical knowledge and a deep understanding of the businesses and functions we serve. 

Key activities include implementation and oversight of the Group’s Risk Management Framework, ongoing and targeted controls assessments, implementing and maintaining robust risk governance, and championing a proactive risk culture. GCIO CCO works closely with partners across all lines of defense and is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our regulators and external partners. 

GCIO CCO Shared Services Team will work on improvement of existing ways of working, tools and processes for risk and control management 

What you’ll do
    • Evaluate reporting products, propose improvements and design new elements of the report.
    • Assure quality of the reporting products by performing functional checks, data comparisons and analysis.
    • Monitor and document issues.
    • Document changes, exceptions, requirements and other matters related to reporting.
    • Manage stakeholders – especially in terms of collecting feedback and providing technical support to the users.
    • Support product management – especially in terms of ensuring proper delivery, coordination, planning and maintaining backlog.
    • Support report production and development in any other means necessary.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in roles related to reporting & data, preferably in Management Information (MI).
    • Very high attention to details.
    • Very good communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills, forward thinking, problem solving, proactive mindset, focus on continuous improvement.
    • Good understanding of MI Reporting, Data concepts & flow, metrics/indicators design and operationalization, Risk & Controls Management in Technology.
    • Good proficiency with any tools/programming languages related to reporting or data analysis – examples: Excel, Python, SQL, R, Power BI, Qlik.
    • Additional assets: experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, technical writing, report authoring.
