What you’ll do
Manage the calendar for all Board, Reg, and other stakeholder submissions, including reviews from senior stakeholders.
Assist the GCB 3 Lead in preparing Board papers and regulatory submissions, and as experience grows, take ownership directly of some submissions.

Manage periodic submissions to regulators such as the quarterly PRA stocktake.
Advocate for a Europe lens on all data and material from Group, and challenge Group stakeholders to keep this requirement active as they produce information.
Support the GCB 3 Lead with ad-hoc project and programme management demands such as OpRes, TRCB, and periodic capital adequacy assessments.
Manage the calendar and logistics for a small number of governance meetings, including booking the meetings, attendance, minutes and actions (although we anticipate using Zoom AI in the near future), and leavers and joiners.
Track and manage some hygiene activities such as Pods and Teambook, and mandatory training.
