We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Service Manager working mainly for the Swiss Market.

What you’ll do
You will oversee key IT application deliveries consumed by Swiss business entities, monitor and report IT impairments affecting those entities, and ensure accurate cost allocations and recharges related to the IT service they use. 
IT Controls and KCI.
Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance.
IT Delivery Services materiality assessments.
Intra Group Service Agreement breaks.
Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland.
Swiss IT Procedure recertification and Swiss hosted vulnerabilities management.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity.
Be highly organised and possess strong administrative knowledge and skills.
Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint.
Financial Services / Banking knowledge.
Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure.
