Your career opportunity
As an International Corporate Credit Services Specialist, you will work in Post Approval activities with the processing team located in GSC Poland providing services for HBCE & HBEU markets operating in line with Wholesale Booking Model for CIB customers.  Your role consists of managing the operational activities and challenges with high quality service within Service Level Agreements while ensuring that areas of operational risks are identified, monitored and managed effectively to enable business continuity. Adaptability to a changing environment and alignment of operation to strategic decisions will be key to succeed. 

The Credit Services Department is built with a highly experience team of individuals who manages End to End process for Loan and Credit Administration for both Bilateral and Syndicated for CIB.  This is a functional dependency of the Wholesale Operations Europe which fundaments are in providing support for our Business Partners to help them succeed and is committed to deliver excellent services for customers while seek continues innovations and improvement through digital solutions. 

What you’ll do
    • Verification and validation of credit documentation.
    • Limit loading of credit facilities, recording collaterals in core banking system.
    • Disbursements and rollovers of loans.
    • Perform quality assurance for new and existing MI.
    • Remediation of facilities and security mismatches between CARM and core banking system.
    • Providing high quality of service and achieving internal and external customer satisfaction.
    • Managing special projects, non-standard cases, and ad-hoc assignments.
    • Very active involvement in new business process migrations or transformations.
    • Cooperating with other teams of the credit department as well as with the branches.
    • Ensuring high standards of internal control and complying with internal procedures and rules of control.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • University degree in one of the following fields: Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Law.
    • Experience in the banking industry and the corporate credit area.
    • Experience in working in teams within an international environment.
    • Good knowledge of credit process for corporate entities.
    • Good analytical skills, with ability to multi-task and manage several applications.
    • Good time management and ability to work under time pressure.
    • Problems solving skills, excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
    • Fluent French and English (min. B2 oral and written).
    • Proficiency of MS Office.
