Your career opportunity
We’re looking for a Manager to lead manual, semi-automated and automated payment processing under DOME SVS, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality service within agreed SLAs and cut-off times. You’ll coach and lead a team, manage queues, drive quality improvements, and act as a subject matter expert—particularly across EVPS/SCALE and local RTGS schemes.
What you’ll do
- Lead the DOME payments team and manage queues/work allocation to meet daily volumes and scheme cut-offs.
- Drive service excellence, quality and customer outcomes, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
- Partner closely with DOME Leads, local stakeholders and DOME Product to support project delivery, testing, QA and change implementation.
- Act as an SME for EVPS/SCALE and local RTGS schemes, keeping knowledge current and supporting others.
- Handle escalations and complex process queries, identifying “show stoppers” early and putting solutions in place.
- Produce and interpret MI (management information) to monitor SLAs, quality, risks and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Business Areas and cross-functional partners (e.g., IT, Client Services, Finance).
- Lead or support process streamlining initiatives and run working groups to deliver improvements.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong experience in payments operations / processing, ideally in a high-volume, cut-off-driven environment.
- Proven capability leading teams: workload management, coaching, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence handling escalations, problem-solving, and decision-making under time pressure.
- Strong quality mindset with experience working within audit/control frameworks.
- Ability to analyse performance using MI, spot trends, and translate insight into action.
- Flexibility to support shift patterns, peaks (start/mid/end month), and changing priorities.
- SME knowledge of EVPS/SCALE and local RTGS schemes, experience supporting product rollouts, UAT/testing, governance and process change - desirable.
- Comfortable working across multiple applications and multi-cultural, fast-changing environments – desirable.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 9742 PLN - 12750 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
