What you’ll do
- Support Private Bank & Wealth Solutions business in delivering change across regions as part of the Global Value Stream PMO team.
- Work hand in hand with the Value Streams leadership in Annual Value Stream Investment Planning and change process related activities.
- Manage projects in Agile way using Jira and Confluence, create PMO processes and implement best practice techniques.
- Own and coordinate Risk-related processes within the Value Stream.
- Provide support to delivery teams including training and upskilling.
- Coordinate, prepare and participate in compliance audits.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of HSBC Change Framework to ensure compliance is being adhered to by PB & WS Value Stream.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 4 years of experience in PMO or Project Management role on complex projects across countries or regions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Understanding and interest in compliance and risk-related topics.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management related tools (Clarity, Jira, Confluence).
