We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team and lead recruitment delivery for our business units. From finance to banking operations to risk analytics to change management. Your role is to be a trusted recruitment partner to your stakeholders and support the team of recruiters. We deliver over 2000 hires annually and this is your chance to help us do it faster and better. Your expertise will also help us shape our employer brand and attract top candidates on the market.

What you’ll do
    • Handle all queries accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets.
    • Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.
    • Identify and escalate potential showstoppers.
    • Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank.
    • Respond to mails/queries related to process timely with a cc to the Line Manager.
    • Act as a team worker.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • English B2 min. 
    • Professional experience in shared services environment would be an asset, but we can teach you everything.
    • Commercial orientation combined with a customer driven approach.
    • IT literacy.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work within international environment.
    • Ability to work under time pressure.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 5950 PLN - 7000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
