Your career opportunity
The role is within the Client Services IT area, which is part of the Wholesale Technology division providing IT solutions to support clients onboarding, KYC and clients’ maintenance processes.
You will be working on various projects aiming in implementation and enhancing our products. Projects main focus is to improve and streamline customer interaction with a Bank.
What you’ll do
- Clearly articulate the product vision and mission. Create structured epics and user stories to communicate desired functionality and work with Engineering, QA and application teams to refine the backlog.
- Work with Product Management, Engineers, Architecture and Business Stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business/customer needs.
- Deliver and support business and system analysis and requirements prioritization if needed.
- Provide the crucial link between customers, Product management and Engineering to ensure product enhancement requests are understood and delivered according to schedule.
- Assess the benefits and risks of various solutions. Obtain key inputs from Engineering and architecture/platform teams to identify solution inter-dependencies.
- Coordinate product delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Assist with prioritization of competing business demands as aligned to our outcomes and OKRs. Participate in release and strategic planning.
- Provide end of sprint, release and benefits realization reporting. Provide professional consultancy effectively for application teams’ queries/requests.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and best practices. SAFe Agilist certificate is a plus.
- Ability to review functional/technical specification documentation.
- Experience with Jira and/or other project management solutions.
- Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure, excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives.
- Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments.
- Knowledge or experience in Java development.
- Knowledge or experience in Cloud technologies adoption such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
