Your career opportunity
Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR, PRIIPs, SFDR) within Global Private Banking. Oversee BAU activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting, leading a central team supporting GPB entities. Maintain high standards of quality, integrity, and operational control.

What you’ll do
    • Supervise daily regulatory submissions (Trade & Transaction Reporting, EMIR), ensuring prompt resolution of rejections and issues.
    • Oversee preparation of additional reports (Cost & Charges, SFDR, Trade Volume).
    • Lead incident management, technical issue resolution, and escalation as needed.
    • Approve system changes and ensure robust testing and communication with local COOs.
    • Manage correction and back-reporting of erroneous transactions.
    • Prepare and review monthly governance packs, performance metrics, and meeting minutes.
    • Ensure timely execution of QA checks, reconciliations, and incident logging.
    • Support analysis and implementation of regulatory/technical changes.
    • Maintain up-to-date procedures and deliver training on regulatory or supplier changes.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Strong working knowledge of MiFIR, EMIR, SFDR, PRIIPs.
    • Experience in Operations, Risk & Control, Regulations, and Finance (Private Banking preferred).
    • Proven ability to manage processes, solve problems, and deliver results.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Knowledge of GPB business and investment products is an advantage.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 19 175 PLN – 22 175 PLN (monthly, gross).

Additional car allowance in the amount of 4 620 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
