Your career opportunity
Risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Business Analyst supporting the implementation and enhancement of Third Party Risk procedures. You’ll design pragmatic, regulator-ready solutions and translate them into clear business requirements for Technology and process delivery teams across a global financial services environment.

What you’ll do
  • Provide TPRM subject matter expertise to shape and assure end-to-end third party risk procedures and controls.
  • Lead the design of target-state TPRM processes, governance and operating model changes to support implementation/enhancement.
  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements to enable Technology build and process implementation.
  • Interpret regulatory expectations and industry standards (e.g., BCBS, PRA SS2/21, HKMA SA2) and embed them into designs and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Define and maintain traceability from regulatory obligations and policy requirements through to controls, process steps and system features.
  • Support delivery teams with clarifications, acceptance criteria and design decisions through build, test and implementation.
  • Contribute to metrics, reporting and evidence expectations to support ongoing oversight and audit/regulatory engagement.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
  • Deep Third Party Risk Management expertise, ideally with experience delivering TPRM designs in global financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (including BCBS, PRA SS2/21, HKMA SA2).
  • Demonstrable experience translating risk and regulatory expectations into implementable process and technology requirements.
  • Proven ability to design controls, governance and procedures that are practical, scalable and auditable.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills: requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories/acceptance criteria and process mapping.
  • Confident stakeholder management and workshop facilitation across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Ability to work at pace in a programme environment, managing dependencies and making sound risk-based decisions.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, able to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 21,250 PLN – 31,880 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
