We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team and manage the implementation of the Scrum Framework, by promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide.
Your role is to be responsible for helping people to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. To be a servant-leader for the Scrum Team who helps the Scrum Team and its environment to collaborate and interact, in order to maximize the delivered value.
Your expertise will help us in three major areas, which are to serve the Product Owner, to serve the Development Team and to serve the Organization.
What you’ll do
- Lead Agile Scrum teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings, and drive Agile Delivery processes. Reflect Agile and Scrum values to the team and continuously improving process.
- Provision of support with release planning, project tracking and monitoring.
- Release planning in coordination with other Agile teams for overall sprint planning.
- Develop Agile/DevOps engineering practices (one click releases, continuous delivery, feature flags, branching strategies etc,)
- Mediate the general conflict of goals between the development team and product owner.
- Continue learning regarding Agile and divulging information team members regarding process. Fostering the developer team’s self-organisation.
- Help the team to get rid of impediments. Report metrics and implement information radiators for the team as catalysts for change.
- Maintain tools (Story board, Action board, charts, backlogs, etc.).
- Contribute to and support to write or adapt product visions, write or split user stories, order product backlog items with the product owner. Size and rank user stories and tasks.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Solid agile/scrum knowledge. We don’t measure experience in years, but you must show that you really know what you are doing.
- Strong servant leadership skills, relationship management and networking skills.
You will interact with project/product management, scrum and many other teams on daily basis.
- Proficiency in English. We are a diverse company. Ability to communicate on a business level with everyone is a must.
- Reporting and presenting skills. You must know how to analyse and present scrum data in a clear manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinking. We don’t settle for mediocracy, and neither should you. You must be able to challenge conventional approach and create new ways of working in dynamically changing world
