Your career opportunity
As Transaction Services Specialist, you will contribute within end-to-end Credit Customer journey providing transaction services for CIB clients across HBCE & HCIB markets. Your role consists of managing the operational activities and challenges with high quality service within Service Level Agreements while ensuring that areas of operational risks are identified, monitored and managed effectively to enable business continuity. Adaptability to a changing environment and alignment of operation to strategic decisions will be key to succeed.
Transaction Services department is built with a highly experienced team of individuals who manages end-to-end process for loan and credit administration for both bilateral and syndicated for CIB. Credit Services fundaments are in providing credit & collateral management service for European markets while seeking continues innovations and improvement through digital solutions.
What you’ll do
- Verify and validate credit documentation.
- Limit loading of credit facilities, recording collaterals in core banking system (LoanIQ).
- Disbursement and rollover of loans, loan administration across the cycle.
- Remediate facilities and security mismatches between CARM and core banking system.
- Provide high quality of service and achieving internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Manage special projects, non-standard cases, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Be involved in new business process migrations and transformations.
- Ensure high standards of internal control and comply with internal procedures and rules of control.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- University degree in one of the following fields: Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Law.
- Experience in the banking industry and the corporate credit area. Working in international environment would be a value added.
- Very good analytical skills, with ability to multi-task and manage several applications.
- Good time management and ability to work under time pressure.
- Strong problems solving skillset, excellent communication and ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Fluent English (min. B2 oral and written).
- Proficiency of MS Office.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 7967 - 9900 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
