(Grade: GCB4)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·        Responsible for cost and resource management to support business strategies within budget envelope.

·        Drive optimal organizational design and effective governance structure.

·        Plan and execute strategies and initiatives in support of COO to achieve business aims.

·        Drive culture development and staff engagement agenda.

·        Oversee wider space within COO including administration, third party management, CRE, and sustainability and inclusion.

·        Establish effective leadership for business management team and actively build working relationships and networks across business and supporting functions.

·        Support ad hoc tasks or projects.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related business field with Master’s degree preferred.

·        7 years+ working experience in financial industry with proven success in business and cost management.

·        Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.

·        Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning.

·        Ability to thrive in ambiguous and changing business context with flexible and resilient approach

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
