We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Integrated Planning, Customer Channels.
This is an essential leadership position within Customer Channels reporting into the Head of Channels Strategy Implementation. You will be accountable for the strategic oversight and coordination across Customer Channels to enable informed, transparent, and collaborative planning, delivery, management and reporting in support of the Channels ambitious strategic aims. Successful delivery of Strategy requires considerable prioritisation of resources, alignment of stakeholders and development of delivery plans.

In this role you will:

• Developing the delivery roadmap for Customer Channels
• Connecting key streams of work across the Customer Channels delivery portfolio
• Creation of key reports and updates aligned to programmatic priorities across Customer Channels
• Deputising for the Head of Customer Channels Strategy and Implementation 
• Internal consultancy leadership in creating strategic updates, aligned to the HBUK priorities

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven track record with managerial and leadership experience
• A track record of understanding strategy and aligning priorities with this to improve business effectiveness in sustainable ways
• Build effective networks and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively
• A track record of leading a culture of development and coaching through Everyday Performance and Development, focussed development programmes and acting as the gateway for professional qualifications and internal programmes, ensuring we retain talent and remove barriers to internal opportunity
