We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Implementation Manager, Global Trade Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Responsible for ensuring that suppliers understand the benefits of Supply Chain Finance and enrolling into the program. If required, be able to provide detailed working capital analysis of suppliers to ensure that the benefits of the programme are understood by the suppliers
  • Represent HSBC’s Supply Chain Finance programme at supplier conferences or events as organized by the bank or by the buyers
  • Be responsible for all sales, technical, practical support and training to Suppliers as part of the end-to-end enrolment journey
  • Regular liaison with internal stakeholders including BDM’s, Product and Global and Regional Heads of Solution Implementation to analyze Supplier Onboarding strategies and utilisation
  • Support clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders with appropriate marketing materials; Provide full operational analysis, data analysis, presentation and general support to Management, as required
  • Create reports and on-boarding plans as required and provide analysis of data for, but not exclusive to MI and P&L of Supplier Onboarding; Manage and control project actions.  Manage operational tasks as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Commercial Banking Marketing, Compliance and Legal to present appropriate and compliant material for external use
  • Acts as a role model for HSBC Group’s Values and behaviours, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values; Timely completion of mandatory compliance, risk and regulatory learning modules
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Solid experience in working in client-facing roles; marketing and sales, especially within the MME/Business Banking segments
  • Relevant experience in driving customer excellence; Strong attention to detail and presentation preparation
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure; Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Global Trade Solutions system and experience of working in the Trade and RF industry/business
  • Experience in or working with client experience, communications and Project management would be beneficial
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
