What you’ll do:

  • Carry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, design selection and development
  • Contribute to solution design with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with different role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution
  • Cooperate with global teams in planning and execution according to product roadmap
  • Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation, plan execution in project
  • Participate to research and development in the new technology strategy
  • Provide consultancy support to other teams on architecture and work efficiency optimization
  • Work with test team on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage. Validate tools and technology to improve productivity
  • Build expertise in specific technology
  • Hold knowledge share sessions and keep uplift capability of teams
  • Continuously upgrade with future technical / application trends.
  • Learn various technologies required for successful delivery of projects with department.
  • Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in software engineering discipline; Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable cross domain and able to operate a global level solving complex, mission critical problems.
  • Demonstrable experience of distributed compute, Linux, Unix, oracle, WebSphere, MQ – mainframe exposure beneficial.
  • Experience with broad range of technologist tools
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
  • Have a deep understanding and practical experience in Scrum Master responsibilities as described in the Scrum Guide
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and collaborate with teams in a diverse multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities.
  • Ability to bring analytical rigour, structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems.
  • Experienced in working with resources in geographically dispersed teams, appreciating and respecting local cultures
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused
  • Solid skills in python programming, and DevSecOps toolings
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design
  • Demonstrable experience of cloud technology, preferably on GCP, Azure
  • Experience in Generative AI applications would be plus.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Able to demonstrate self-motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active and a proven fast learner.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Crime Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering would be an advantage.
