What you’ll do:

  • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of WPB Enabler Platforms.
  • Solution Design: Design, architect, and implement innovative automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Proof of Concepts: Conduct proof of concepts and pilots to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new automation technologies.
  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and address challenges.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in automation tools and technologies, such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Terraform.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
