WPB Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Collections (Restructure).

Principal responsibilities

  • Perform oversight on outsourced collections operations
  • Provide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies to adapt to the fast and changing market
  • Lead, plan and co-ordinate a wide range of projects, offshoring migration, process review, system and manpower related issues to ensure smooth delivery of credit collection services
  • Support Global Standards and Regional Credit Control Services related projects and initiatives
  • Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to the review findings, customer feedback and business needs
  • Handle and manage debt restructuring cases and high risk account review; represent the bank to attend industry meeting and liaise with Outside Trustee on restructure loan related matters
  • Handle and manage Third Party engagement (TPEM)
Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management, in relation to retail banking products
  • Good understanding of portfolio management technique including analytics 
  • Strong interpersonal / leadership skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
