• Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP) function is to create a strategic capability that will help move the operational efficiency and agility dial quickly and deliver a good return on investment in terms of cost savings, capacity creation, risk reduction, improved client experience and enhanced employee engagement. IA incorporates RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ML (Machine Learning), reasoning, problem-solving, NLP (Natural Language Processing), smart workflows and cognitive agents (bots) to streamline work processes and deliver results more quickly.

What you’ll do:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with a background in technology (B.Tech) and hands-on experience in leading BI tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Visualization & Reporting:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Create visually compelling and interactive data visualizations that present complex data in an accessible and user-friendly format.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, providing ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.

BI Solution Development:

• Design and implement BI solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all dashboards and reports.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability, enabling self-service analytics and empowering end-users.

Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop BI solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to users in navigating and interpreting BI tools, helping to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Power Platform Integration (if applicable):

• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance BI capabilities, create automation workflows, and improve data processes as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI tools and data visualization best practices.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports..

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Skills Set - Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, Cloud,  Data analysis, Data Visualization, UX designing, Statistics.
• Minimum 4 years hand on
• Bachelor’s in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in BI tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
