The Opportunity:

The Business Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Manager Delivery Optimisation, concentrating on both routine and specialised activities within the Business Management and Commercial Execution function for International Wealth & Personal Banking (IWPB). This position support the management of the CCO Delivery Portfolio across the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) which includes the International & Premier Growth Value Stream. The Business Manager aids in strategic oversight through Portfolio review SteerCo, annual VSIP planning, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes.
What you’ll do: 
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

• Investment Portfolio Management: Manage and track the IWPB CCO investment portfolio across various value streams and markets.
  Data Analysis and Presentation: Perform detailed data analysis and consolidate information to create clear and concise presentations for senior management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Transformation and Value Stream business leads, to track actions critical to Portfolio delivery.
• Cross-Group Collaboration: Support collaboration across other IWPB Group teams and functions that assist IWPB.
  VSIP Planning Management: Work collaboratively on the VSIP process for CCO, including International Premier, engaging various stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
• Secretariat Role: Perform secretariat duties when required.
  Leadership & Teamwork  
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across the CCO VS team, Central Transformation, and Market teams to resolve issues and blockers.

What you will need to succeed in the role: 
Functional Knowledge

• Data Analysis Support: Proficiency in Excel, including basic pivot tables and formulas, to assist in data consolidation and support the creation of presentations in PowerPoint for senior management.
• Portfolio Management: Familiarity with basic investment portfolio concepts to assist in tracking and analysis across value streams and markets.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies to drive delivery and execution of initiatives like the VSIP.
• Cross-Functional Awareness: Basic knowledge of IWPB structures to facilitate collaboration across different teams and functions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skills in stakeholder management and communication to coordinate and collaborate with various business leads and teams.
• Administrative Skills: Competence in performing secretariat duties, including organizing meetings, documenting minutes, and managing communications.
