The Regulatory Compliance Manager CMB will be part of the Regulatory Compliance oversight function for the UK CMB line of business. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will provide advice and challenge to the CMB line of business in relation to Regulatory Compliance standard, policies and controls.

In this role you will:
• Take an active approach in identifying and assessing the Regulatory Compliance risks that arise from CMB particularly related to GTS
• Work closely with Senior Management to challenge the first line of defence when Regulatory Compliance risks arise from CMB particularly related to GTS.
• Review, interpret and support embedding of policies, procedures and change activity from a compliance point of view.
• Be the first point of contact to the GTS business on matters related to Regulatory Compliance.
• Interpret and working with the business to embed and ensure adherence to policies.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Knowledge and experience of risk management and an understanding of Compliance risks.
• Must have Global Trade Solutions experience within the 1st, 2nd or 3rd line of defence.
• An understanding of the current regulatory landscape with a proactive approach to overseeing changes in the regulatory landscapes.
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders and wider teams particularly around business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with thorough attention to detail.
This role is based in Birmingham on hybrid working basis.
