We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior WPB Process and Solutions Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective operational control structures are in place, in compliance with Group standards and local regulations
  • Monitor regulatory and internal control changes and requirements for impact analysis and develop measures to mitigate the risk to achieve business targets
  • Maintain close liaison with business and functional teams to identify and mitigate control gaps and improvement areas
  • Manage business initiatives in relation to control and Compliance
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as required to represent the needs of the industry and our customers
  • Identify and mitigate emerging business, reputational risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team members deliver maximum performance and potential
  • Share best practices and provide consultation to enhance areas for improvement, identifying and addressing training needs
Requirements
  • University Graduate
  • Prior management experience, ideally from a banking, financial institution
  • Proficient strategic planning and project management capabilities
  • Experienced in liaising with internal, external business partners and regulatory bodies
  • Good command of written and spoken English as well as Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • A strong leader with a drive for change and passion for excellence
