We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Strategy and Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Translate the overarching Group strategic objectives into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the Distribution business
  • Proactively communicate and embed the WPB strategy, working with the business and function as appropriate
  • Lead to initiate, manage and monitor the progress of branch network and contact centre strategic projects deployment and commercialisation
  • Plan & manage the Distribution business to ensure the business performance & initiatives are well aligned with Group strategy
  • Liaise and work in collaboration with various key stakeholders including RTD, CCB, DCH, Digital, CVM & COO to ensure related Group initiatives are embedded into Distribution objectives
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure activities are carried out successfully and with desired quality
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Good understanding of the financial service industry with exposure in project implementation an additional advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (both verbal & written), with the ability to interact with various stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ability to use initiative to resolve issue, whilst dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members, distributed across business, functions and locations
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence and engage a positive and inspiring manner.  Drive and motivation to ensure proactive delivery in a challenging matrix environment
  • Committed to personal and professional development
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
