The Role

In this role you will act as the interconnect between global campaigns, creative development, platforms and systems, to ensure local campaigns are delivering a best-in-class performance and are supporting global objectives.

You will be the main points of contact for the following agencies – creative / media / SEO and will lead the roll out of any platform enhancement / connectivity programmes for the region.

They will work directly with the local Business / Client Marketing led to activate campaigns driven by either global BM / CS teams, or locally with the product / coverage teams, showing up to discuss campaign targets and intended outcomes directly with the stakeholders, in partnership with the strategy lead.

You will be committed to excellent execution and constant interlock with global runways to ensure we show up consistently and on message to our key customers.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Services

  • Develop regional media plans which connect with group and support local and global business and client marketing objective
  • Serve as POC for the global content and campaigns teams to identify potential content pieces which would supplement a regional runway and ensure we are always on in markets – in partnership with the Business / Client lead in region where a campaign had a specific target vertical.
  • Feed insights and opportunities upwards to influence content and campaigns pipeline (eg. Case studies, regional trends / developments)
  • Maintain relationships with our global and local agency partners to negotiate strong agreements and maintain high quality of service.
  • Activate the global awards strategy in partnership with the group team
  • Drive media optimisation and strong ROI
  • Highlight opportunities for MENAT when global media buys are being negotiated

     

     

    Digital Marketing

     

     

  • Interlock developments in the Global MarTech platforms (marketing automation, email, analytics etc) to ensure MENAT is running the latest systems possible in all key countries
  • Drive PWS local strategy and runways to ensure content is up to date and driving outcomes

     

    Provide systems support and guidance to the BM teams looking to drive campaigns through our platforms

Measurement & Insights

  • Implement content performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for all activity, against the activity objectives.
  • Utilise data insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Advocate for insight for marketing and go-to-market activities.
Requirements

In order to appl for this role, you will have the following:

  • Graduate Degree is required, is required to obtain a work permit in the UAE.
  • At least 7 years’ experience specialising in B2B marketing, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking/ financial services or consulting firm is essential.
  • We’re looking for experience preferably within corporate coverage.
  • A strong understanding of Corporate Investment Banking segments, products and service is required.
  • You will be passionate about customer centricity and the latest market trends.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • The role requires a comprehensive understanding of several value units / products / regions / legal entities, alongside an advanced understanding of the industry and the relative positioning of the HSBC's products and services
