We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Credit Services.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • SME to handle Collateral Management operations including origination, servicing and closing processes according to the compliance requirements and procedural guidelines

  • Provide guidance and supervise the Team on Collateral Management operations

  • Report, monitor status of outstanding cases and liaise with others to ensure rectification

  • Work closely with frontline, business and related stakeholders to adhere to the service standards requirement

  • Prepare management reports and perform data consolidation and analysis

  • Participate in projects, conduct user acceptance test and ad-hoc duties. Review workflow to maximize efficiency and recommend cost savings idea

  • Attend to enquiries, feedback from internal and external customers tactfully

  • Handle various administrative duties such as record searching, inventory control, and retrieval of source documents, etc

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Post secondary level education or above, with credit and mortgage related working experience preferred

  • Understanding of Collateral Management, mortgage loan and related banking systems and has ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines

  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi tasks and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated and driven approach, ability to handle and deliver of documents in various vaults in different location

  • Good computer skill as well as proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Pleasant telephone manner and fluent in spoken English and Cantonese

  • Ensure the existence of an enthusiastic positive working attitude, can work under pressure and meet the critical time
