We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer Teller

 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to handling and process the transaction in counter from customer including cash and non-cash transaction, implement and follow CDD and EDD (Enhance Due Diligence) and cross selling based on customer needs also support business strategy, provide service excellence to customer based on procedure, as back up for banking operation back office if needed.

Information

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Has minimum 2 years working in Banking and servicing customer.
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • High integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have basic knowledge of basic banking transacation including cash handling, handling bank’s clerical and administrative duties
