Department- CTO

In this role, you will:  

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management and control frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management.
  • Lead change management initiatives for the department, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Organize and run Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, driving improvements in the CAB process.
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities in managing risk and controls for the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the department's risk management practices are current and effective.
  • Utilize reporting and visualization tools such as Splunk and Power BI to create comprehensive risk reports and dashboards.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management practices and control procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Splunk and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in change management and running CAB meetings.
