In this role, you will:    

  • Ensure any end user devices (Desktop/ Laptops/ Tablets /VDIs) which does not receive critical patches remain compliant be remediating any issues
  • Investigate and remediate any issues which impacts several devices
  • Work with relevant support or product teams (VDI, Patch governance, estate management, Endpoint management etc)
  • Ensure timely reports and dashboard are shared with the key stakeholders
  • Own and manage the Global Quarantine process.
  • Ensure any at-risk devices are quarantined as per the defined process.
  • Identify and implement proactively measures to prevent any patching related issues on devices
  • Identify opportunities to make the process streamlined and efficient so that that remediation TAT is reduced
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:    

  • Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Technologies Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager etc
  • Working knowledge of tools like Service Now (Incident and Change management), Proton etc
  • Ability to prioritize decisions with a focus on quality, stakeholder requirements & end user experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Agile delivery methods and tools to implement both tactical and strategic changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to influence, good judgement, assertiveness, high level of communication skills for variety of audience, build consultative relationships & ability to collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales.
