In this role, you will:

• End to end accountability for performance engineering and testing services within or across GB/GF boundaries, identifying and developing the most appropriate solutions to NFR as appropriate.
• Act as a subject matter expert for performance engineering and testing.
• Understanding the non-functional requirements. Evaluating the objectives of the service level agreement
• Designing the test scripts, workload models, Executing performance tests
• Designing detailed performance testing strategy for different programs.
• Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur
• keeps on improving the processes and capabilities in performance testing and engineering.
• Troubleshooting the performance issues in test and production and identify the root cause of it.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Seasoned leader in performance testing and engineering area with work experience of 12+ years. Promote the technical knowledge to other teammates.
• Good Analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills. Team Player who is self and quick learner. Understanding of test management tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Who can take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed. Hardworking and flexible to work base on project demands. Must have hands on experience understanding into end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.
• Must have hands on experience on scripting using load runner. Good knowledge on enterprise architecture and micro services. Hands on Experience AppDynamics OR similar APM tools. Have worked in global teams and have led large transformation technically.
• Experience is troubleshooting the performance issue, bottlenecks. Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment. Effectively co-ordinate nonfunctional testing results to different stakeholders 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and management ability, motivating IT employees. Knowledge of Micro services architecture. Strong process implementation and management skills. Experience of using IT systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently. Ability to work as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions. Exposure / Knowledge of Performance engineering to enhance performance of system.
• Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain. Exposure of performance testing enterprise application end to end. Good to have exposure to Cloud technologies, Kubernetes/PCF, system architecture.
